I was beyond impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Not only did they go out of their way to return my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also provided top-notch ironing facilities in the room which made my stay extremely convenient. the heating was perfect, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in the sitting area where I enjoyed relaxing after a long day of exploring. the free wi-fi in rooms was a lifesaver for staying connected. the hotel truly exceeded my expectations with their impeccable service and amenities.
